This means the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be played through a specified number of times before any resulting balance can be withdrawn as real PKR. Bonuses at CK444 have an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time frame, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account automatically. Expiry periods are stated on each individual promotion.
CK444 monitors accounts for patterns that suggest bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, or collusion between players. If bonus abuse is detected, CK444 reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void related winnings and suspend the account.
CK444 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on the Promotions page. Bonuses already credited to your account at the time of a change will be honoured under the original terms.
Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, you cannot claim a second bonus until the first has been completed or expired. Claiming a new bonus while one is already active may result in the original bonus being cancelled.
All slot games, fish games and bingo titles available on CK444 use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. Results are independent of previous rounds — each spin, shot or card draw has the same probability regardless of what happened before. CK444 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any stake placed will be returned to your wallet. Once a game round has commenced or a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended or reversed. Please check your stake and selection carefully before confirming. CK444 will not accept requests to reverse completed game rounds under normal circumstances.

Sports bets are accepted on the markets and events listed in the CK444 Sports section. This includes cricket matches, Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 international series, domestic cricket, Football and Esports events. The availability of markets and in-play betting options varies by event.
Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are locked in when your bet is confirmed. Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition. For cricket and PSL, the official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board are used for settlement purposes.

Accumulator bets combining multiple selections are available on eligible sports markets. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to pay out. If one leg is voided, that selection is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds.
CK444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error (commonly called a "palpable error"). If you knowingly place a bet on odds you can reasonably identify as a system error, the bet may be settled at the corrected odds or voided entirely.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the CK444 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
CK444 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or account inactivity for an extended period. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds may be held during the review period.
You may request closure of your CK444 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any genuine real-money balance remaining after all wagering requirements have been met will be returned to your registered payment account. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
